Answers to the most common questions about SARC.
Admissions
How can I apply for admission?
You can apply online through our admissions page, or visit the school office during working hours (Sun–Fri, 9:00 AM – 3:30 PM NPT). Required documents: birth certificate, previous transcript, two photos, and parent citizenship copy.
What grades do you offer?
We offer Nursery through Grade 12 (Science and Management streams at +2 NEB level). Our academic session starts in Baisakh (mid-April).
Is there a scholarship program?
Yes. We conduct an annual scholarship test. The top scorers receive partial to full scholarships. Registration is open until Magh 20 every year.
Academics
What curriculum do you follow?
We follow the national curriculum (CDC) for ECD through Grade 10 (SEE) and NEB for +2 (Science and Management). English is the primary medium of instruction.
Facilities
Do you have school transport?
Yes. School buses cover most of Kanchanpur district. Routes and timings are shared with parents at the beginning of each session.

What are the office hours?
Our office is open Sunday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 3:30 PM NPT. We are closed on public holidays declared by the Government of Nepal.
